Learned counsel for Judgment Debtor-Opposite party has appeared and suffered a statement which is reproduced as under:-
“I hand over a Demand Draft bearing No.931879 dated 13.05.2024 amounting to Rs.64,98,854/- issued in favour of Banita Devi (Decree Holder-complainant) as full payment to Shri Manoj Vashishtha, learned counsel for Decree Holder-complainant, in compliance of the order under execution”.
2. On the other hand learned counsel for Decree Holder-complainant has also suffered a statement which is reproduced as under:-
“I received a Demand Draft bearing No.931879 dated 13.05.2024 amounting to Rs.64,98,854/- issued in favour of Banita Devi (Decree Holder-complainant) as full payment from Shri Satpal Dhamija, learned counsel for Judgment Debtor-Opposite party, in compliance of the order under execution. In view of this, I may be permitted to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied”.
3. In view of the statements suffered by learned counsel for the parties, present execution application stands disposed of being fully satisfied.
4. Application(s), pending, if any, stands disposed off in terms of the above mentioned order.
5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 1986/2019. The Order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the commission for the perusal of the parties.
