Today, the case  is fixed for filing written reply by the OP. However, ld.counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that as per the instructions from the complainant, he is ready to accept a sum of Rs.29,000/- as full and final settlement of all the claim put forth in the present complaint and the complainant will deposit two set of keys of insured vehicle and RC duly transferred in the name of insurance company and thereafter, the insurance company will make the payment to the complainant and the insurance company may be directed to make the payment within stipulated period from the receipt of aforesaid documents.  Ld.counsel for the OP also made a statement that he has  heard the offer made by  counsel for the complainant and the same is acceptable to the insurance company. The insurance company would make payment of Rs.29,000/- as full and final settlement  of the claim, within 30 days from the receipt of  RC transferred in the name of Insurance company and two set of keys of the insured vehicle.

In view of the aforesaid statements of ld.counsel for the parties, the case is disposed of with the direction to the insurance company to make payment of Rs.29,000/- as full and final settlement  of the claim to the complainant, within 30 days from the receipt of  RC transferred in the name of insurance company and two set of keys of the insured vehicle, failing which insurance company would be liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a. on the aforesaid amount of Rs.29,000/- to the complainant from the date of order till its realisation. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
