The DHR and JDR both are present through their respective Advocates. The DHR himself is also found present on call.

The JDR files an account payee cheque being No. 030431, dated 29.01.2014 for an amount of 40,000/- drawn on Axis Bank, Raiganj Branch in favour of the DHR Mahasin Ali. Let the same be kept in safe custody of this office for handing over the same to the DHR.

We carefully perused the Final order passed in CC-01/2013. It appears that by paying 40,000/- the JDR has complied with the Final order of the above noted CC case. DHR has raised no objection.
