                    In this case the complainant lodged  his complaint  with the insurance company i.e. OP No.1. As per complainant the same was duly acknowledged by the insurance company on 4.3.2019. It is submitted in para no. 6 of the complaint by the complainant that despite that the OP No.1 insurance company has not decided his claim. We direct the OP No.1 insurance company to first decide the claim of the complainant within 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order as per IRDA guidelines.  If any documents are required, then insurance company shall obtain the same from the complainant. In case the complainant is not satisfied with the decision of the insurance company then  he would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the appropriate Forum.  Accordingly, the complaint stands dispose off.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
