Today is fixed for payment.

DHR did not take any steps.

Ld. Adv. for the JDR has filed a petition along with a computerised papers

stating that he has already paid decreetal amount of Rs 1,05000/- through NEFT in the bank A/C

of the DHR and for that he prays for dropping the case.

Perused the petition along with the computerised papers.

It appears that on 17.02.2020 the JDR has paid the decreetal amount

of Rs 1,05,000/- through NEFT in favour of the DHR.

But the petition has not been shown to the DHR.

The order of the appeallate authority was passed on 12.12.2019 and there was a direction to pay the

decreetal amount with in one month from the date of receiving the copy of the order of State Commission.

Neither the party , show any document regarding receiving of the order of State Commission and the DHR

also is not coming before this Commission to say anything.

Under the above circumstances it would be proper and justified to drop the case.

Hence, the execution case be and the same is dropped.
