ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed. Opposite party is directed to pay an amount of Rs.38,000/- to the complainant with interest at the rate of 10% p.a. from 2-4-2001 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.500/- subject to following conditions: 1.The complainant should send a letter of subrogation on N.J.Stamp paper of Rs.20/- as per the specimen provided by opposite party. 2.The complainant shall execute letter of indemnity on N.J. Stamp of Rs.30/- as per specimen. These letters shall be sent to the opposite party within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under certificate of posting.
