                   Learned counsel for the DH/complainant suffered a statement, which is recorded separately to the effect that he has received a cheque of Rs.38,193/-, from the JD, vide bearing No.000094 dated 28.02.2023, in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains due, towards the JDs/OPs. As such, he withdraws the present execution application, being fully satisfied. Copy of the cheque placed on file.

                              In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
