| Final Order / Judgement | Complainant was absent without step. Opp.parties are absent without step. The case has been fixed for appearance/ cross examination of the complainant as the complainant was absent without step on 1.12.2021, 1.3.2022, 19.5.2022, 29.7.2022 and 14.10.2022. On 14.10.2022 a chance was given to the complainant fixing today. But the complainant is not turned up and accordingly, we are of the view that complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.
