1)       The Complainant by this complainthas prayed that it be held that the Opposite Party is guilty of deficiency in service and adopted in unfair trade practices.

3)         .56. The said correspondence is at Exh.‘L-2’. The further correspondence dtd.04/04/04 was also made by the Complainant with the same office which is at Exh.‘M-1’.            

O R D E R

i.                   Complaint No.238/2005 is dismissed with no order as to cost for lack of territorial jurisdiction with a direction to file  the same before the appropriate Forum.
