Present:     The DH/applicant in person represented by Shri S.P. Nain,                        Adv. for the DH.

                 The DH appeared in person and made a statement to the effect that in this execution petition, he received a cheque bearing No.002757 dt. 10.1.02019 amounting Rs.1,54,517/- from the counsel of the JD as full and final settlement. He further stated that the original receipt in this regard is placed on the case file. Therefore, he does not want to proceed with the present execution petition further and withdraws the same being fully satisfied. So, in view of statement of the applicant/DH, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
