Ld.adv for the Jdr has submitted a cheque being no. 018232 of Rs. 214496/-0 dt. 16/02/2015 as submitted in this Forum for disbursement of the same to Sanchita Pal as per judgement passed in FA No. A/522/2013 on 14/01/2015 by S/C. Let it be kept in custody of the office for disbursement to Sanchita Pal.

Hence, ordered that the Ex. Case be and same is disposed of on full satisfaction .

It appears from the office record that one Cheque bearing No. 018232 dated 16.02.2015 for Rs.2,14,296/- issued in favour of the Dhr was deposited by the Jdr  in compliance of the order of this Forum and the same was kept in the office of this Forum in safe. The Dhr was to collect the Cheque aforesaid in the mean time but the Dhr takes no steps since long to collect the said instrument. Considered the matter.

Let the Cheque aforesaid be sent to the Jdr who has deposited the same immediately for re-validation of the said Cheque or issuance of fresh Cheque of the same amount for sending the Dhr at the given address 184, Rajdanga Main Road, Block – GA, Kasba, Kolkata-700 017.
