ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed in part. The 2nd O.P is directed to pay 50% of the loss suffered by the complainant due to fire incident, which is quantified at Rs.3,36,080/- within 3 months from the date of receipt of this order failing which it shall pay interest at 12% p.a. from the date of filing of this complaint till the date of payment. The 2nd O.P. also shall pay cost of Rs.3,000/- to the complainant. Give a copy of this order to each party according to rules.
