ORDER

Order, 1. The complaint is allowed. 2. Opposite party shall pay Rs.2,15,723/- within 60 days with intrest of 9% from the complainant requested date 24.08.2005. 3. Opposite Party shall pay compensation of Rs.3,000/- to the complainant within 60 days for his mental agony failing which the opposite party shall pay interest at 9% till the date of payment. 4.The Opposite party shall also pay cost of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant. 5.Give a copy of this order to each party according to Rules.
