No one appears for the petitioner. Even then, we have considered the grounds set up in the petition in order to assail the impugned order passed by the State Commission. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and the material available on record, we find that the order passed by the ..2… State Commission slightly modifying the order of the District Forum is quite justified and does not suffer from illegality, material irregularity or jurisdictional error u/s 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed.
