It is the point of contention and argument of the complainant side that the complainant is voluntarily withdrawing this case as the disputes involved in that case have been amicably settled and the Insurance Company is still to pay the amount claimed in this case after withdrawal of this case.

As the complainant is withdrawing this case voluntarily, let this case be disposed of as it is withdrawn but the complainant is given liberty to re-file the same on the self same cause of action if at all arises again.

No order is passed as to costs.
