          As per the order dated 12.10.2021 passed by this District Commission,  in view  of the calculation filed by the applicant/ decree holder, the   interest from 14.06.2018 to 14.11.2018  i.e. for 159 days comes to Rs.13,344/- and total Rs.3,53,729/- and amount paid on 15.11.2018 is Rs.3,37,270/- and balance remained Rs.16,459/- and thereafter, the interest from 16.11.2018 to 04.10.2021  i.e. for 1051 days comes to Rs.4265/- and in this way, as on 05.10.2021 the complainant/ decree holder was allegedly entitled to the amount on account of interest on the amount of Rs.20,724/-. 

Today, ld.counsel for the JDs/ respondents has filed letter in which, it was stated that they have released  a cheque for Rs.21,110/- bearing No. 255700 dated 03.01.2022 in favour of Sh.Sanjay Kumar being difference of interest and the said cheque has duly been received by ld.counsel for the applicant/ decree holder under protest vide receipt dated 03.01.2022. Copy is placed on record. This  amount includes upto date interest.

Hence, the Execution Application is dismissed being complied with by the Judgement Debtor.         Bailable warrants already sent against the JDs/ respondents is ordered to be recalled accordingly. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room.
