PER SHRI. S.M. RATNAKAR - HON’BLE  PRESIDENT :

            Read Application. Heard the Ld.Advocate for the Applicant Mr. Sanjay Gaikwad.  He submitted that the First Appeal referred by the Opposite Parties bearing No.A/11/389 before the Hon’ble State Commission, Mumbai, has not been admitted and disposed of vide order dtd.16/08/2013.  The copy of the said order is also produced by him.  Considering the said fact the Recovery Certificate be issued against the Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 for an amount of Rs.4,87,931/- till the date of filing of this Execution Petition i.e. 19/05/2011 and the interest @ 9% p.a. be recovered on the amount of Rs.3,49,949/- till realization of the aforesaid amount from the Opposite Parties.  Issue Recovery Certificate to the Collector, Mumbai City.  This execution proceeding is accordingly disposed of.
