Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as to why this case will not be dismissed for default.

On repeated calls complainant is found absent in this case.

As per order No. 13 dated 14.09.2016 show cause petition has not been filed by the complainant and record shows that the complainant was absent on last two occasions without any intimation. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence it is

that the case being No.CC-84/2015 be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.

Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
