            Execution Petition has been filed by the Decree Holder for non compliance of the Order passed by this Form on 28/11/2007 in CC No. 496 of 2004 affirmed by the State Commission and by the Hon. National Commission vide Orders dated 13/05/2008 and 31/05/2016 respectively.  Notice was issued and the JD has filed the copy of email stating that  decreetal amount of Rs. 4,57,000/- (Rs. Four Lacs Fifty Seven Thousand) has been paid to DH through NEFT on 04/10/2016.  Hence the execution is satisfied and the same is disposed off  accordingly.     File be consigned to Record Room.
