     Vide his separate statement recorded on 27.02.2024, Sh.Kanwardeep Singh, Counsel for Complainant has stated that he withdraw the present consumer and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
