Both these revision petitions were passed over once. Even on second call no one is present on behalf of the petitioner in either of the case.
We have gone through the impugned orders in these two cases. The facts and circumstances of the cases are almost identical. The State Commission, in its order dated 7th November 2006, has gone into the details of the case and for valid reasons allowed the appeals and dismissed the complaint. We see, no reason to interfere with the well-reasoned order passed by the State Commission in either of the cases. Hence, these revision petitions are dismissed.
