Execution presented today. It is reported by this office that no stay order has been received from the Hon’ble State Commission, Punab, Chandigarh.

Before the notice to be issued, Sh.M.P.Arora, Advocate who was present in this Forum in some other case, has orally stated that the respondent is ready to make compliance of the order of this Forum. It is further stated that the cheque of awarded amount is lying in his chamber and he sought some time. In view of this, the case be put up after noon.

Case put up afternoon. Sh.M.P.Arora, Advocate handed over cheque No. 854844 dated 12.11.2015 for Rs. 42,000/- in favour of applicant which has been received by the applicant as full and final settlement and has further stated that nothing is due towards respondent/ United India. The statement of the applicant to this effect has also been recorded. Photostat copy of the cheque is also placed on record. In view of the statement of the applicant, the present execution stands fully satisfied and is disposed off accordingly. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
