Documents filed by Sri De on behalf of Insurance Company be taken on file. These documents would show that the amount of Rs.1,72,26,292/- has been paid to the complainant by the Insurance Company towards the satisfaction of the award. Complainant has filed this application under Section 27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Since the awarded amount has been paid, there is no occasion to further proceed with this -2- application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. Execution is also struck of as satisfied.
