Heard the complainant in full. 
Today is fixed for admission hearing. 
We have gone through the entire materials on records and we find that last correspondence was made by the complainant on 10/09/2009 with the o.ps. even if we consider the said date as the date of cause of action.
From the record we find that the instant case was filed on 06/03/2013 well of the satutary period of limitation of 2 years.
In view of the above findings we hold that the instant case cannot be entertained since barred by limitation.
So the instant complaint stands rejected since barred by limitation.
