ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to pay the amount of bills claimed to the extent of Rs.44,089.35 towards medical expenses plus interest at 15% and to pay a sum of Rs.25000/- towards compensation for mental agony and to pay a sum of Rs.10000/- towards cost.

          Complainant absent.  No representation. Sufficient time already given to complainant.  But inspite of notice complainant not appeared for several hearings.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
