                   Complaint received after registration. Admitted. Ld. Counsel for the  complainant has made a statement that due to some technical defects in the case, he wants to withdraw the same and has sought permission to file the case in proper Court of law on same cause of action and permission u/s 14(2) of Limitation Act. Statement has been recorded separately.

                   In view of the above statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is at liberty to seek the remedy in appropriate Court of law. The exemption/condonation of delay under section 14(2) of the Limitation Act is also allowed. Assistant is directed to return the original documents if any, placed on record by the complainantto him and to place the photocopy of the same on record.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
