Present:       Sh.Nipun Gupta, Advocate for applicant.

                                     

                   Ms. Babita, Ld. Member has not come present today. Sh.Rajeev Abhi, Advocate appeared on behalf of respondent and filed power of attorney and reply to application u/s 27 of the Consumer Protection Act alongwith some other documents. Copy of order dated 6.05.2014 passed by Hon’ble State Commission in First Appeal No.337 of 2014 shows that the operation of the order under the appeal has been stayed, subject to deposit of 50% of the amount.  This amount shown to be deposited vide receipt which has been placed on record.

                   In view of the above circumstances, learned counsel for the applicant/DH Sh.Nipun Gupta suffered separate statement that he withdraw this execution application for the time  being  by   reserving right to file fresh  one  after decision of Hon’ble State Commission.

                   In view of the above recorded statement, this execution application stands disposed off accordingly. Copy of order be supplied to the parties.File be indexed and consigned.
