PATIL - HON’BLE MEMBER :        In the instance case, the Complainant’s claim under the policy was rejected by the Opposite Party on 29/05/2006 and present complaint is filed by the Complainant on 13/01/2010. Complainant’s application for condonation of delay of 33 months caused in filing of this complaint is rejected after hearing both the parties. Therefore, complaint is dismissed as barred by law of limitation with no order as to cost.
