Present:       Sh.D.R.Rampal, Advocate for applicants/OPs.

                   Sh.J.B.Khanna, Advocate for complainant.

                  

                   As per the report of the Sh.Om Parkash Bill Clerk the amount of Rs.84,706/- has been deposited by the OPs and FDR has been prepared, vide no.06863021005188 dated 16.3.15 in the name of President District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Ludhiana. As per the report of Sh.Iqbal Singh, Clerk no stay order has been received till date.

          Sh.D.R.Rampal, Adv, for applicants/OP has suffered a statement that he has no objection, if amount deposited in this case is released in favour of complainant as per order dated 19.03.13 passed by this Hon’ble Forum.

          As such, said FDR be released to the complainant/decree holder against proper receipt and verification. As such, the present Miscellaneous application stands disposed of. Papers be consigned to record room.
