ORDER

This complaint was filed by Charan Masih complainant with the prayer that opposite party Insurance Company be directed to pay 25% of the medical expenses amounting to Rs.2 lacs with interest @ 12% and further amount of Rs.63000/- and other compensation for injuries inflicted to the complainant in the accident. In the complaint, he has not mentioned policy number and date from which it was valid and upto which date it was valid. Notice was issued to the opposite party United India Insurance Company. Opposite party could not trace out the policy vide which complainant was insured. Today United India Insurance Company has filed application and mentioned policy No.200500/42/05/01/00000134 valid from 23/6/2005 to 22/6/2006. Uptil today number of policy was - 2 - not known to the complainant. Now complainant wants to file regular claim with the opposite party Insurance Company for injuries caused to him in the accident. Complainant can file fresh complaint if he is not satisfied with the amount sanctioned by the Insurance Company to him regarding his injuries. So this complaint is dismissed having no cause of action. Let certified copies of order be supplied to the parties without unnnecessary delay and file be consigned to the record room.
