          I have settled the complaint with M/s. United India Insurance Company Limited (JD) and have received an amount of Rs. 24,566/- (Rupees twenty four thousand five hundred sixty six only), as full and final settlement.

          I have been authorized to settle the complaint case with the complainant.  The company have paid an amount of Rs. 24,566/- (Rupees twenty four thousand five hundred sixty six only) to the DH vide UTR No. CITIN20022713626 dated 07.02.2020, as full and final settlement.

ORDER

          Execution was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The execution has been settled.  DH have settled the execution with M/s. United India Insurance Company Limited (JD) and have received an amount of Rs. 24,566/- (Rupees twenty four thousand five hundred sixty six only) from JD, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the execution stands satisfied.
