ORDER:

                             Today the case was fixed  for arguments.

                             Shri M.K.Tomar, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that “I am ready to take Rs.33,000/- from the opposite party in lumpsump.  The complainant is a poor person and he needs the fund badly.”

                   On the other hand, counsel for the opposite party has  stated that the complaint is pre- mature.  As per Ex.C-3, opposite party has repudiated the claim of the complainant.

                   Keeping in view of the above submissions as well as the statement of the counsel for the complainant, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite parties to pay Rs.33,000/- in lumpsump to the complainant within 30 days from the date of this order.   There are no order as to costs.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room.
