As a result of compromise, both the parties have effected compromise with each other. Counsel for the opposite party has stated that if the complainant presents his valid and effective driving licence to the opposite party, opposite party is ready to decide the claim case of the complainant after verification of the driving licence of the complainant. Counsel for the complainant has stated that he shall provide driving licence to the counsel for the opposite party.

Resultantly, with the consent of both the parties, this complaint is disposed of with direction to the counsel for the complainant to hand over the driving licence of the complainant Umarjit Singh and relevant documents, if any, to the counsel for the opposite party within a week from today and opposite party is directed to decide the claim case of the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of the driving licence and other documents from the counsel for the complainant. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
