During the course of proceedings, ld.counsel for the opposite party got recorded his statement that complainant has agreed to receive the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- as full and final settlement of the subject matter in dispute and also gave undertaking that they shall pay this amount to the legal heirs of the deceased insured. Ld.counsel for the complainant also got recorded his statement that he accepts the offer and matter may be disposed of accordingly.

Resultantly, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the opposite party to pay the settled amount of Rs.3,00,000/- to the complainant Sugar Mill within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order with further directions that they shall pay this amount to the legal heirs of the deceased insured late Sh.Om Parkash. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
