AWARD

1.   Vide his separate statement recorded on 03.05.2024, Sh.Rahul Joshi, OP No.2 in person for himself and also on behalf of OP No.1 United Builders & Infratech being Partner/Authorized Person, has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, OP No.1 will hand over the physical vacant possession, complete in all respects, of the flat in question to the complainants within a period of 15 days from 03.05.2024 subject to complainants making the remaining balance payment of Rs.15,57,500/- to OP No.1. It has been further stated by Sh.Rahul Joshi that OP No.1 has also undertaken to provide parking slot as per agreement within above said period of 15 days and apart from above, OP No.1 will also provide facility of RO Water Purifier, HOB and Smart Main Door Lock within above said period of 15 days. Vide his separate statement recorded on 03.05.2024, Sh.Chandan Patra, Complainant No.1 for himself and on behalf of Complainant No.2 Mrs.Kabita Patra i.e. his wife, has admitted the aforesaid statement of Sh.Rahul Joshi, OP No.2 in person & also on behalf of OP No.1 United Builders & Infratech being Partner/Authorized Person and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement in National Lok Adalat.

2.   In view of the statements made by the parties, the complaint is disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by their statements made on 03.05.2024. The award is accordingly passed.

3.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
