            This is a complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, alleging deficiency of service and unfair trade practice on the part of the opposite parties.

2. The opposite parties 2,4,5,6 and 7 filed written version denying all the allegations and claims made against them in the complaint.

3. The complainant remained absent and there is no representation for him. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegations. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter.

In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
