Case called out repeatedly. Both the parties are absent. It appears from perusal of the record that, both the parties are not appearing since 08/05/2017. The O.P. has filed its preliminary objection on 06/12/2016 but, the complainant has not filed her reply against it. According to the preliminary objection, the O.P. has already initiated proceedings under Sec.14 of SARFAESI Act. In support of its contention, the O.P. Bank has filed papers. The complainant has not filed reply against this preliminary objection, therefore, in view of the facts mentioned in the preliminary objections, the present complaint is not maintainable before this Forum. The present complaint is dismissed accordingly. Let record be consigned.
