Ld. Advocate for the petitioner is present who submits for disposal of the case in terms of the evidence dated 08/04/2021, being received total claim amount of Rs.72,000/- from O.P.No-2.

Perused the evidence of the petitioner dated 08/04/2021 who admits that he has already received total claim of Rs.72,000/- through demand draft and at present he has no grievance against both the O.Ps, therefore, he prays for dismissal of the case.

On perusal of the evidence of the petitioner dated 08/04/2021 and having heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner we are of the opinion that the case may be disposed of being finally settled.
