The complainant is absent without taking any step. The O.P.  files W.V. along with a copy and with a letter dated 24.02.2015 issued by the Chief Manager, Raiganj Branch, United Bank of India. Let the same be kept with the record.

On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant. Cause as per order No.4 dated 10.02.2015 has not been shown by the complainant and record shows that the complainant has absent last three days including this day without any intimation. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case.

So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

That the case being No.CC-111/2014 be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.

Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
