            The record is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

The complainant Champa Devi Nunia is present along with Ld. Advocate  and the Ld. Advocate for the OP Nos. 1,2 & 3 is present.

The complainant Champa Devi Nunia stated that she has paid the loan amount of Rs.7,16,300/- to the OP Nos. 1,2 & 3 and the Ld. Advocate for the OP Nos. 1,2 & 3 agreed to that submission of the complainant and stated that if the case is disposed of , the Bank will return all the relevant papers deposited to the Bank along with No Due Certificate  to the complainant.

     Considered.

that this case is disposed of in view of the above submissions and the OP Nos. 1,2 & 3 are directed jointly and severally to return all the relevant papers along with  No Due Certificate to the Complainant within one month from this day.
