Complainant Mr. Sinha is present.

       No step is filed from the opposite parties.

       A petition has been submitted by the complainant informing this forum that after receipt of notice from the forum, the opposite parties released the DA and assured that in future there will be no such delay in releasing the DA and requested to complainant to submit petition before this Forum for withdrawal of the case on the ground of settlement of the dispute outside the court. Ultimately, it is stated by the complainant that he does not like to proceed with the case and prays to allow him to withdraw his case without any condition.

       Considered the petition. Also heard the complainant and he also states that he has no grievance against the opposite parties and the dispute is question has been settled outside the court and he does not like to proceed with the case.

       As such, the instant case is disposed of as withdrawn.

       The case stands disposed of accordingly.

       Make necessary entry in the TR.

       Furnish copy of this order to both the parties free of cost.
