     Today counsel for complainant has made an endorsement on the order sheet that FDR has matured so he wants to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file the same. In view of the endorsement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the complainant to file fresh in case required.
