     Counsel for complainants has made statement in the shape of endorsement on the order sheet itself that he wish to withdraw this complaint in wake of the latest National Commission judgment in CC/97/2016 in “Ambrish Kumar Shukla vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.” and seek liberty to file the same before the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T., Chandigarh.

     Liberty granted.

     Accordingly, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
