          As per order dated 1.6.2016,  the learned counsel for the OPs were to file an undertaking for execution of the order within 14.6.2016. This has not been done despite the Court having made it clear that it had taken a serious note of what appeared to be delaying tactic on the part of the OPs. The learned counsel for the OPs today is ready to hand over a cheque for Rs.5,00,000/- (No.519550 dt. 4.7.2016, drawn on ICICI Bank, Connaught Place, New Delhi) in partial fulfilment of the total amount owed to the complainant. In addition, the learned counsel for the OPs will file an undertaking for payment of the balance agreed amount to be paid within a period of four months from today. The undertaking will be filed within two days.

 

          The EA stands disposed off.
