Present:     Dr. Chandra Shekhar, Counsel for the Complainants along with Complainants-1 & 2.

                 Sh. Ankur Garg, Power Attorney Holder of Complainant-3.

                 Sh. Sunil Goel, Counsel for the OP along with Sh. Jaiveer Singh, Senior Legal Manager.

 

 

        It is stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 28.07.2015.

        Complainant-2 is the wife of complainant-1 and complainant-3 is their son who is being represented by the aforesaid attorney.

        The settlement agreement is signed by complainant-1 only. Complainant-2 states that she also accepts the aforesaid settlement.

Sh. Ankur Bansal, attorney of complainant-3 states that he has instructions from complainant and he also accepts settlement on behalf of complainant-3. It is also stated that complainants have no objection if the complaint is disposed of as per settlement agreement dated 28.07.2015.

        Since the matter has been amicably settled before the Mediation Centre, the mode of payment has already been recorded in the aforesaid settlement and as per the terms of settlement the last payment shall be made by the OPs to the complainants- 1 & 2 on 30.06.2016, the settlement is taken on record as is exhibited as Ex-C1.

        In view of the above settlement made between the parties, the present complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement dated 28.07.2015. Parties shall remain bound by the terms stated in settlement agreement Ex- C1.

        List for compliance only on 04.07.2016.
