                   The complainant has made a statement that he wants to file the complaint before the Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi for refund of the total amount of Rupees One Crore Ten Lacs and thus, he withdraws the present complaint.

                   In view of the statement made the complainant the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
