Judgement

1.      Vide orders dated 21.03.2016 there was a difference of opinion amongst the members of Bench No. 2 in relation to rate of interest, amount of compensation and litigation charges awarded to the complainant. Matter was referred to third member.
2.      In view of the majority opinion, OP is directed to refund to the complainant an amount of Rs. 55,24,950/- alongwith interest @ 10% p.a. from the date of deposit till the date of its realisation. No order as to the amount of compensation and litigation charges.
3.      Copy of the orders be made available to the parties free of costs as per rules and thereafter the file be consigned to Records.
