          Complaint No.194 of 2016 titled ‘Vishal Setia and another Versus Unitech Limited and others’ was decided by this Commission vide order dated January 12^th, 2017.

2.      By filing this application, learned counsel for the complainants has stated that inadvertently date, month and year of institution of the complaint have been wrongly mentioned. In fact, it was complaint No.194 of 2015 and date of institution 02.11.2015. Registry was directed to submit the report and it has been found that submission of learned counsel for the complainants is correct. Therefore, it is ordered that necessary corrections in the aforesaid order be made, which reads as under:
