ORDER

            After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainant on account of some technical defects, wishes to withdraw this compliant with liberty to file a-fresh one after impleading Alice Developers, as one of the parties. To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by Counsel for the Opposite Party.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   It is made clear that the Opposite Party shall not raise any issue qua limitation as and when fresh complaint is filed by the complainant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
