On account of some technical objection raised by Counsel for the Opposite Parties, Sh. Sanjeev Sharma, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it before the proper Commission. It is agreed between the parties that in case, complaint is filed before the competent Commission within 30 days from today, no objection qua the limitation shall be raised.

                 Liberty granted.

                 In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                 Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
